Mother’s Matter is a not for profit organisation supporting mums, dads and families suffering with perinatal mental health. Our aim is intervening before reaching crisis point to tackle loneliness and isolation. Our services include, wellbeing hubs, community home support, counselling and peer groups.

Salem Food bank offers non-judgemental support to those in our community who need tit most. The team of volunteers are so compassionate and work hard every week to help those in need. 

Shalom is a safe space where people can meet and enjoy some company and a cup of tea, while listening to guest speakers, a ukulele band, to watching cooking demos (and taste it!) or to join in light-hearted quizzes.
